i was diagnosed with idiopathic urethritis last year. For 2 years, all the doctors did was to pass me around until I was sent to a hospital pretty far away where a doctor told me what I had and that there was nothing they could do.
This pain affects me everyday and it's the worst in this morning. Basically, they told me that as long as I'm not completely crippled by the pain they won't do anything about it which is terrible since they don't know what I have to go through even if it isn't crippling.
As I was looking around, I found this promising article (europepmc.org/articles/PMC4... that suggests that the pain can be managed with steroid instillation. I don't know what to do with this and where to go. Can someone offer me some advice what to do about this?

Not too good over the past month but I'm still here lol, I'm loving the sun too lol, I think you deserve it and more lol got to know your having a good painfree week. My little girl is seven today and after school she went swimming and then came to see me, mother brought her here, my wife cooked a lovely tea, yummy. She tries to get me to eat properly lol I mostly have cereal, but I love them lol my appetite is really bad and I struggle to eat all the good stuff to keep me going, hehe.
