On your leg
Hi Kacey!
Until the major swelling goes down. Make sure to keep icing and elevating. However do not imbolize your leg completely. Doing calucalted and controled movement to limit scar tissue will actually help you regain mobility. I would definitely go see a doc. But, start with assisted wall slides laying down, heel slides seated, side leg lifts laying on your side and assited quad stretch laying prone. Also while with legs stretched out infront of you massage your patellar tendon
Feel better!
