What are your vitD levels. I have arthritis in my hands and after much consultation with my dr and loads of tests, I had low levels of vitD. I have taken supplements since 2014 and only rarely get pain now in my hands and arms. Just worth looking at maybe
Hi there, whilst I do not have the same problem as you I do have a lot of pain due to an accident in the army my back is broke in 4 places the bones in my neck have started falling apart so the muscles have taken over holding my head up plus both my knees and hips need replacing but they do not want to change them as they don't want to give me a general anaesthetic due to high blood pressure and do not want to give me a epidural due to the damage to my back but back to your problem trying to manage your pain problem what I have learnt is no single thing will fix it i take a combination of :- 1. Dihydrocodeine 120mg twice a day.2 . Pregabalin 150mg capsules
ONE capsule TWICE daily
3. Nefopam 30mg tablets
take two 3 times/day
4. Omeprazole 20mg tablets
take one daily
5. Amitriptyline 50mg tablets
one or two To be taken Each Night.
6. paracetamol 2 x 500mg 4 times a day.
I have worked out that trying to get rid of all your pain will never happen, if you are lucky you will get it to a level that you can cope with, some of the time you can get less pain some of the time you will get more, taking paracetamol does not do a lot on its own but what it does is increase the effect of other pain meds.
On the few times that my pain goes away I am happy on the days that it is bad I could scream but what I do is laugh as no one wants to hear you complain all of the time, when you are in pain just try to sit in a comfortable position and do something that can take your mind of it I like to read or play a game on my phone. Good luck to finding something that helps. Regards Poppy Ann
arvine I can identify with your pain and I will offer you some of my personal experiences. Stress is a multiplier of pain. God’s grace will heal your pain. I use toridol and CBD OIL 1000 mg (Eden’s Erbals) or other top quality suppliers. Once your body has a break from constant pain it will reset and you will just have to deal with flare ups.
Immediately quit using prednisone or you will develop diabetes 2!
