For anyone having to fill in these forms it maybe worth looking at the BENEFITS and WORK site. You have to join and pay for a years subscription but it has invaluable information on how to complete the forms.

Yes it's a brilliant website with really helpful guides on how to fill in the forms, how to appeal and what they look for in face to face assessments.

It's the best £20 you'll ever spend if you claim any of the benefits.

It also keeps you up to date with what the government are planning to do with the benefits too.

Go and look at the site for yourself and there's lots to look at and take in, but please don't be put off, they give you valuable information to help you.
