Hi all.need some very helpful advice if i can..ive had oral thrush since last year..its dawned on me now thru the hell pain etc ive had esp since may..i am certain i have candida widespread.its the only thing that was never treated..been upto docs got nystatin..it wont help..had sporanax..didnt help..breathings bad and cant eat sweats galore then very cold..all bad..just phoned doc their and bluntly told him i have candida overgrowth and should be in hospital..its did unbelievable things to me...hes giving me more sporanox.

I said blood tests and all he said was if your worse then come back.

God i cant walk..i cant believe all this.im in agony and with all the antibiotics they have given me no wonder they never knew what was wrong..i think i should be in hospital as its obviously in my lungs and my bloodstream..seems their not caring.people die from misdiagnosing this and it eats away at you.im petrified to say the least..any info/help would be very welcome...kind regards Jan..

If you press on the top green band you will see a little red balloon click on that. At least I THINK that is the way to do it....there are loads of people on here who could advise you far better than me!!

Hi,

Because you took so many antibiotics now your full body is experimenting the chemistry. Your body may need a detox while you are trying to get to the hospital and await for your results. Check if you can make yourself natural drinks to help your other organs until you get the proper treatments. Consider green tea for cleaning, calendula tea and I hear ginger also helps at everything.

About your problem not hear before but I will look up as well and come back to you.

Hiya.thanks for responding.i have had no antibiotics this year but last year i did..these teas?can i buy these from tesco?nobody even the doc knows how serious this is..hes just giving me sporanox atm and it didnt help first time..im much worse now..coughing that candida up all the time and its disgustingno mention of hospital.i did ask doc last friday..she said i didnt look ill enough.god i dont even look like me anymore and sick at what its did to me..thank you...Jan...

Sure you can find them in Tesco and Holland and Barrett they have a great variety. Also I think boots has a pill with cream for candida you can buy it from counter. At least you can ease the pain step by step locally. Insist with your doctors they tend to wait until your last second before they do something. If the coughing is severe again try something traditionally called fishermen friends, these are strong but clear help clearing your coughing. I have a severe cold in my body for years which I know its there, comes and goes but never showing on my test and I need to deal with it is constantly using teas and normal pills.

Here is the list of tea at Holland and Barrett, as said you can find substitutes in Tesco as well.

Thank you.i will check out the teas and the fishermans friend..this cough is awful and tastes disgusting.i have asthma too but just cant breath..you would think in this day and age this cant happen but it has to me anyhow..cant get my script till saturday..chemist has to order it..thanks for your help..Jan..

Has your GP not suggested you go on an anti candida diet. It is extremely restrictive, but helps to slow down/prevent the continued candida overgrowth. If you look up Professor Jonathon Brostoff online, he has written a book on this subject with a co author Linda Gamlin that gives a lot of advice on how to treat/manage your condition, it also has the details of hospitals that deal with this problem. Sorry I can't remember the title of the book. I had systemic candida albicans and although it took a long time to go. I did eventually get rid of it. Don't ever give up you can beat this.

Hi pooh bear..i cant eat and living on liquids at the moment..feel so sick so my gastro-intestional track will be upset by candida..doctors offered me nil..i keep cheeking trying to help myself..im so weak but cant sleep because of the bad sweats then freezing..if my docs dont help then i will have to find another way..after all the antibiotics and they knew i had oral thrush but just overlooked this.badly on their part as doctors..i dont know if i will ever get back to normal as its already robbed me of alot if muscle in my face etc..i have saw neauro and to get a brain scan plus a test to see how much muscle ive lost..its lots..anyway tried to look up that author but cant find as yet..sure i will..finding im very tired now..never had a good nights sleep for over 10 months.thanks for responding....
