Is it ok to continue taking Azithromycin if you experience lightheadedness and vertigo after taking it?? Im on my 3rd day at 250 mg 2x a day

My doctor told me that I need to take this for 1 month because of bacteria in my prostate. Kindly advice fast please. I need your help.

This kind of question really needs to go to your GP, as none of us are doctors here. Something like dizziness or lightheadedness isn't something to ignore and you need to make sure there is nothing serious going on there.
