I wrote on here a few days ago about what the post op entails. I wasn't sure if I wanted to know or would be told the grade of my cancer. I've not been told the stage but assume it's stage 3 as it was in the omentum but hadn't spread to lymph nodes or any organ. I'm also assuming the grading is high as I had an excellent response to chemo and think this happens if the cancer is aggressive.
I'm just going to go and see and hope for positive news

Good luck today, tell your Onc straight away what you DONT want to be told (I think you don't want too much info, is that right?) take pen and paper, work through your questions, write down the answers and preferably have someone with you so that they can write down the answers. Also it's easy to forget to ask your questions or to think "oh I won't bother them with this question" so it's good to have someone with you who WILL ask all of them!
Thinking of your Suzanne, I wanted to send you a big ((hug)) and hope the meeting goes as well as it can and you get the answers you are after - let us know how it goes xx
