Well ladies, I did finally end up in the Beacon again for more of the magic targeted therapy. This time was hard, the cancer has spread to my muscles so my back was going into spasm. So for each treatment I had to take anti sick, Valium and a strong pain killer. The problem with this was I was still an out patient so had to go back to Clayton to sleep it off. I did of course have a fall or two but thankfully didn't do any serious damage. Now the good news is that this time I do have a reduction in pain. I am told that this will continue. I still have a problem with mobility but hoping this will improve in time. My son told me today to walk with my little stick to build up the strength in my lower back area. So will try to do this. Of course I do go to the local shopping areas with my husband and walk around there. I have to watch my veggies as too much isn't a good idea. I have got my appetite back just eating whatever I want within reason and trying to be healthy. I hope you all had a nice Easter and well done to all the ladies who met up to do the video. I am looking forward to seeing the finished product to create awareness. Wishing you all well and hoping to see some of you at the World Ovarian Cancer day in Cork on May 8th.

Sorry you have been feeling poorly, but it sounds like you are up and about and doing well, your strength of spirit keeps you going.
Hope your mobility and level of pain improve,
Lots of love,
Carole xx
Hi Carol I am doing much better now, the pain is going away off the heavy stuff. I try to get out most days even if to the local shopping centre with my hubby or daughter, I am wobbly but manage. Only thing is I miss my freedom and my brain is gone for a walk as well, I forgot my Onc app on Tuesday, I never done this before so hoping for forgiveness. I hope you are doing okay yourself
I’m good thank you, it could so have gone bad, but I have been lucky.
I am so glad you are still getting out and you have a lovely supportive family around you, which is the main thing.
Lots of love,
Carole xx
