Take my pills, have a bath and go to bed to watch strictly on the tv upstairs.
I have stayed indoors today because of the cold. I didn't even go to the poppy launch in nuneaton as it was so cold. I have been down stairs for most of the night. My joints are still very sore and i have an appointment at the drs on wednesday so we will see what they have to say. I am seeing the psychio on tuesday too.
So i will sign off and i hope you are all pain free.

Hi Sylvi, hope today finds you less sore. I think Sid will be out as well, shame because Ola didn't look her normal bubbly self, after having to go back to Poland last week.
Stay warm, it was o degrees here this morning. They had forecast us to have snow last night but it didn't get to us, time enough for all that.
Wendy, they should have left him with the other dancer this week it would have made things easier for them all. Mind you i thought he would have gone last week.
My nephew and his wife live in cambridgeshire and they had a covering of snow and it was very cold here yesterday hence me not going to poppy launch.
Love sylvi.xx
I hope you are feeling a little better now Sylvi.
I am in a little cocoon here in the Residential Home.
Days of the week and seasons of the year pass us by as we live in a constant environment of hot and stuffy.
Nothing nicer. I have ordered some new pjs from bonmarche today so i can lounge about as well. I am going to the drs on wed. and the psychio on tues. I will get answers somhow. You enjoy your day in your pjs. Love sylvi.xx
