second rheumatoid appointment

been to my rheumatologist today as I am having flares, I’m on 15mg methotrexate and folic acid, I’ve been given an injection but not sure what it was as the nurse wasn’t English any ideas what the injection is, given 2 weeks of steroids also

It could have been a steroid injection, so it will have started working before the tablets kicking in.

It was probably a steroid injection, when I have them they give me a little card with the details on and tell me to show it to other health professionals such as the dentist.
