Yes, I am doing the beginners class on a Monday morning and thank you to the person who mentioned Versus Arthritis and Tai Chi me a few weeks ago. I wouldn't have known about it otherwise.

yes I go to these classes near me . This is my 2nd lot of 8 sessions. They are very good for strength and balance. Think they’re doing classes in operation various areas to see the response and take up for these. Hope you enjoy the online version 🧘🏻‍♀️

I've been doing Tai Chi and Qigong almost daily for the last 12 years and highly recommended it to anybody. It involves the whole body and it's complete mindfulness and purpose when we're doing it. It calms, energises and fills me with joy 😊. Anybody hesitant, go for it!!!

I’m on my second in person Chi-me course run by Versus Arthritis. I understand that they have pilot courses in different areas of the country that has been funded by the Sports Council. Long may they continue. It has also enabled me to meet others with similar issues locally.

Not what you're looking for?
