His son and daughter came over today and Jim has agreed for his daughter to come look after him and she will stay over from Wednesday. Macmillan are ringing his daughter hopefully on Monday to get the ball rolling as the doctor is contacting them. It will be a lot off pressure of me! As I am just looking after him. I will be able to stay the odd night after my holiday too. It means when I go on holiday he will be looked after now. Thank you for listening.

Update
Good you do need a break at sometime or other darling. xxxx
That must be such a relief for you Carol and for Jim and his daughter too, especially knowing that Macmillan are involved. I hope Jim will be comfortable throughout this time. xx
it’s good that things are moving now. You need to start packing.
that’s good, you need some me time
i just read your other post. It must be such a relief. I know you won’t fully ‘enjoy’ your holiday. But i’m sure you’ll feel alot better knowing your Jim has alot of support. I’m really pleased for you & your family. X
Thank goodness. You have needed support for so long and now, finally, you have it. I hope you have an amazing time with your sister
I’ve not been around much lately but just seen your update. I’m so pleased to read you have help and off on holiday too. A much needed holiday too. I hope you manage to relax , knowing your partner is being looked after.
Have a lovely rest in Cyprus go with peace of mind knowing Jim is being well cared for and that he's content for you to go to stay with your sister, please don't let others make you feel uncomfortable for going. Take care of yourself.
Now you can enjoy your holiday. Take care x
I’m so glad that Jim’s family are going to help out whilst you go away for a much needed rest. You’ve been an absolute brick for many months and have always done everything in your power so now you definitely need a break and to recharge your batteries. Please don’t feel guilty your own health has probably taken such a bashing and Jim is absolutely happy for you to go. I was there when my mum took her last breath even though I was only 16.. it doesn’t help you in my experience because whether you’re there or not there is nothing you can do. You know Jim will be cared for whilst you have a break which is long overdue and much needed. Enjoy some sunshine and catching up with your sister and look after yourself for a while.
Good news x
