Update holiday

Hi guys, I had a fantastic holiday last week in Cyprus. I came home relaxed and refreshed. I rang Jim every day and he was well looked after. He has Macmillan and a nurse call in 3 times a week. He is going for a blood transfusion today as he is exhausted and his hb is very low. I am back to staying with him this week. But at the weekend I have my daughter coming over and it's my son's birthday. Hope everyone is keeping well.

So pleased to hear you had a nice holiday it must have done you the world of good. Hopefully now you are back the nurses will still come three times a week to help with Jim’s care. Fingers crossed his transfusion makes him feel a bit better. Keep looking after yourself though too and don’t shoulder all the stress that comes with a very sick loved one. So pleased you had a good break though.
