RHEUMATOID FACTOR, QUANT 181 H (<14 IU/ML)

ANA POSITIVE - SPECKLED - TITER 1:160

SJOGREN'S SS-A ANTIBODY >8.0 H (<1.0 AI)

dsDNA ANTIBODY 15.0 H (POSITIVE >=3.0 U/ML)

HEMOGLOBIN / RBC / IRON MILD LOW

MRI FINDINGS: LEFT & RIGHT WRISTS Marked synovitis and reactive osteitis and early erosive change. Findings are most likely an inflammatory arthritis.

Although.. all else is normal/negative, including CYCLIC CITRULLINATED PEPTIDE (CCP) AB (IGG): NEGATIVE

what’s your question? You can be seronegative for anti- CCP and have RA.

anti-ccp is highly associated with Rheumatoid. ds dna is associated with Lupus. Looks like Sjogrens too
