Feeling better

Hi guys, well I have been on benepali for 8 weeks and I am feeling so much better now, no pain or fatigue. I take my tablets in the morning of 2 codiene, a stomach protector 2 hdy and am not needing naproxen very often. What a difference, this is working better than humeria. I inject into my tummy and there is no pain but when I injected into my leg it hurt like the blazies. Hope everyone has a good day today. Thanks

That's great news Carolsos. I'm glad it's working better than the Humira and hope it continues to do so. 🤞

Pleased for you. I’m also on benepali and found reduction in my stiffness from the first dose. Like you I use my tummy, did do leg for ages as part of the rotation plan. However like you it suddenly started being excruciating, so now I just do tummy. Been on it 5yr now 🤪👍

It worked well for me with AZA but because it caused a lt of UTI's it was changed to Abatercept a biologic. Actually that doesn't work as well in my view. x

It could be worth keeping record of them, hopefully you only get one or two as I got them monthly which is why it was stopped. And I hope by now you've spoken to GP and got the prescription for meds. xxx

It's wonderful isn't it. I've been on it for 4 months. I've cut out codeine and Naproxen completely as I don't need them anymore. I just have Paracetamol. I haven't tried tummy. Sometimes leg stings sometimes not. I find getting it of the frig first thing and leaving it out longer does the trick.

Yes I leave my injection out the night before and it does the trick!

Thanks! It's really cheering when someone remembers to post good news! We usually only post when we're having problems and it can seem as if that's all there is, but this reminds us that most people are doing well on their medication.

Wow- that is a positive post. I am pending benepali I believe…. If that is the biosimilar for Etanercept? Really hoping for positives, so this is a heart warming post. Long may it continue for you xx

Hey there..nice to hear that you feel so good with Benepali🙂I am also in my sixth week now and wow it’s amazing how is to wake up without any flares up🙂But I would like to ask if you got any skin rash as I am getting it on my face and neck..I can deal with it since I am having antihistamine because I have urticaria also but I am wondering if this reaction will stop at some time..Thank you and glad that Benepali works for you!
