Benepali

A side effect im getting from my benepali injections is a severe sore throat. Keeps me awake at night too. Does anyone else have this? What if any remedy have you found please. I'm so tired. On the good side the injections I've been taking since February have made so much improvement.

I was doing really well on Benepali but had to miss 2 jabs as put on antibiotics. I've been on it again with my 3rd one last night.Now the next morning after my last 3 jabs I feel really tired and lightheaded with a headache. Has anyone had this happen to them please?

Hi, I've been having a weekly injection of Benepali for some year now and am reasonably fit with my seronegative RA. A recent health check has revealed my cholesterol levels are on the high side and statins have been suggested. Apparently there are no contra-indications with Benepali.

I've been off my Benepali jab for nearly 3 weeks as I got an I infection and had antibiotics. Started my jab again last night. Anyone know how long it'll take to kick in again please. I'm hurting in a flare.

l’ve been on Benepali, Etanercept, for 6 months, lve had a lot of hair loss also my nails seem to break of in chunks, l read the side effects it says less common side effects are hair lose, just wondered if anyone else has experienced this and does it get better, love Kate x

I’m currently off Benepali , after very short period of having it for PSA, due to an infection, which is frustrating as it’s been a long haul to get to this point. Does anyone attend ARI or Raigmore hospitals and how do you find the Rheum service? Thankyou x

I have Benepali and Mtx injections and Diclofenac tablets. I am not too ill at the moment and just have a cough and temperature. Had many vaccinations! Has anyone had Covid and had advice on whether to stop drugs?

Been on Benepali (Ethanerecet) for about six months. For past three, I’ve been getting a burning, nerve-numbness in my calves, ankles, and feet. I’ve seen my GP and various tests are underway, but I wondered if anyone else has had similar?

Trying to check the latest on having COVID booster and do I need to stop my Benepali jab? My appointment is later tomorrow, Tuesday 4pm. I had my last Benepali on Saturday.Can't get hold of Rheumy nurse.

Now moving to Methotrexate and Benepali both weekly. Does all the aching vanish? What was your experience when the right medication was found?

It took roughly about 2 yrs to get my meds sorted but I can happily say my life is good I am on Benepali injection once a week. Mornings still ache but not half as much as it was so when your feeling down remember things will get better good wishes to everyone on here . Tc

I was meant to have a Sciensus nurse visit yesterday to get me started on Benepali, but the nurse never turned up. I rang Sciensus around 3:45pm yesterday to see if the nurse was coming and they confirmed that I was scheduled for a nurse visit that day but that no time slot had been assigned.

Hi, is anyone else on benepali suffering severe sinus problems and unable to sleep at night ?

Well for weeks I've been pondering doing my Benepali jab into my tummy instead of thighs but have been scared to. I did it just now. No pain at all! I'm so proud of myself 😁 at least I now have another site I can do it besides just my thighs.

It hasn’t got the long testing the biologic it’s modelled on, Benepali, has. I’m also on Methotraxate which it’s planned I continue with. I’m just wondering if anyone has been taking it, and what your experience has been. Thanks in advance 😊

Had to come of Amgevita and just stated Benepali. My question is have how long have you been on this medication and did you go into remission?

hi I am 61 suffered for 30 years with RA tried a few drugs now the want to put me on benepali injection but I am really worried about the skin cancer they tell you it rare. but if it does any up giving it you what them to late. you are supposed to have medication to help you not to make you worse anyone
