Hi I’m just about to submit my pip application and wondered if they’re still doing face to face appointments or is it likely to be a telephone appointment?

Also is it worth enrolling with the benefits and works ? Thank you so much.

Don't submit your application until you've read up on the Benefits & Work website, better to pay the subscription fee than to have your application turned down. I've used B&W for years (since I was employed in law) and I can't recommend it enough.
