Still waiting got a text on the 1st of June saying they had received my pack they said they hadn't decided whether I will need a face to face assement my award runs out in may next year I'm dreading the mail everyday 😕😭

I had my face-to-face assessment 3 weeks ago and still havent had results of what Im entitled to. Like you I wait for the post every morning. He did say it could take 6/8 weeks for results.

All in all the whole process from receiving the very 1st letter to end results is over 3 months time span. Rediculous !

Have you requested a copy of the F2F report? You can ask for this before the results are in, straight after having a F2F - will give you an idea of how many points you scored.

Yes I got copy of report b4 I received letter I also rang and got told what was i the letter which came 4 days later. The lady said once I receive the letter I can appeal. It took 7 days (2nd post) for me to receive the letter.

The text messages they send seem to be standard - mine said the same. I had my assessment six weeks after they had received my application form. Hope you get what you deserve from it 😊 Mine was successful I'm pleased to say. I know what you mean about dreading the post through and the brown envelope!

I had my text on the 28th June. I know from experience it's a very long process. I had an assessment a good few years ago and got refused. So I'm feeling very anxious this time around. Good luck!

I got my text on the 1st June still not heard a thing so going on for 5 weeks now 🙀😭

It does seem a long time unless they have a backlog. I would contact them to be on the safe side.
