First night back work

Well I'm ere first night back a work and get my senior carer down my neck as she had to come off anual leave to cover my sick shift even though I've said I'll cover one of hers I when I told her I was bed bound for two days she said yes but I've had a cough and cold to I'm so angry and upset 😫😫 thought I had friends xx

Can't believe she turn on me then when I said I will not justify being ill she calmed down and wanted to be friends I only get walked on once and she had seen me when I've been struggling to walk but I always get my jobs done xx

That’s a horrid way to return to work. She should be ashamed of herself but I’m glad that at least you stood up for yourself and made her see how rotten she was being!

Made me cry to be honest but not in front of her I'll never show weekends to a bully makes u wonder why u bother when u feeling crap as it is xx

Ignore the miserable old biddy! There is no winning with somebody like her, just be dignified & pretend to be "oh so grateful " she covered for you. I find pretending you think people like her are marvellous, .....buy her a little box of chocolates after Christmas ...eventually shut up if you shame them enough, preferably in front of others....because deep down they know they are being unkind.

What wouldn't we pay to have just a cough and cold? We get those on top of everything else. She should try thinking about it and be grateful but I doubt she will. Blooming misery.
