Sorry to say she died yesterday morning. She had had numerous set back through the year. We had her home for christmas and the new year. She was very ill November/ Dec beginning , hence she . was getting pallitive care. Her husband rushed her into hospital Wednesday tea time as she had collapsed. She was fine earlier as we had been talking on the phone. We were talking about her getting a chair lift as she was sleeping downstairs on a hospital bed. They were also going to install a walk in shower. This was all passed durring yesterday too late for her. She had septus and the treatment was antibiotics and they made things worse as she was filling up with water and her body couldnt take any more. They brought her back twice, after the second time she was talking to her husband and her consultants that she was tired and she was allowed to go peacefully.
Well folks thats it she has gone and we have to get on with things She has four children the oldest 27yrs then 24yrs, 20yrs these are girls then there is the only boy who is just turned 12yrs.
I still have no mtx as the chemist stopped it due to kidney function was to low. My consultant has said that they have leveled out and can have them back also put me on monthly blood tests. I dont think the chemist will give them to me untill i have had this months blood test. I have several joints that are swollen so we will see. not doing too bad but for how long i dont know.
Well sending everyone hugs and hope you are pain free.XXXX

So so sorry to hear your sad news, cannot think of anything more tragic than loosing a child. Thinking of you and your family. Look after yourself you are needed.
I'm so, so sorry Chris. Seems as though she'd just no more to fight with & she did her very best didn't she. I'm sure you'll all remember her with much love once the shock settles down.
Doesn't bode too well with you not having your MTX at the mo so please take good care, flaring may just happen, it's something you may not be able to control considering. Hugs ((x))
I too lost my daughter, to cancer.nothing can compare to the loss of your child. My loss was 26 years ago and not 1 day goes by without her in my thoughts. They do turn to happy thoughts with time. Hugs to you and your family.
I am so sorry for your loss. We should never have to lose our children, but sadly we do. I am sending you healing thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. I too lost a child and understand the enormous pain that it brings to your heart. Her husband and children must be devastated too and now your job is to help those kids keep their mum close in their hearts so that they grow to be the wonderful people she would have wanted them to be. I know that words cannot help the heartache, but know that she is at peace and resting, waiting to see you all again.
Thank you everyone, i needed to tell someone who wasnt family. I so glad that you are all there for me.
You should all know me i will carry on there are others that need my help. I have three remaining children and 6 grand kids 2 grt grand children. I'm never on my own my other half is never far away, and i only have to pick the phone up and someone will be here.
Thanks again everyone , you all look after yourselves and try and stay pain free. Sending you all hugs XXX
I think you are very stoic Chris and I guess you just have to soldier on, you have no other option , it is what it is and nothing will bring her back , she was so poorly and been through so much that you must look at it as a blessed relief she doesn't have to struggle anymore.
I'm so sorry for your family and the loss you all have to bear, I hope particularly the little lad of 12 is surrounded by lots of love at this very sad time.
My sincere condolences and hope you don't flare up and get back on the Mthx soon.
