No power in legs

Hi I'm new here, have RA for about 6 months on biological treatment for 3 months been on and off steroids 3/4 times but I'm having trouble walking my legs are weak/no power once I get going I'm not too bad but getting up from sitting is painful and need to stand a minute or two till life comes back into my legs before I can move but also cant walk far before I need to sit down, been like this for 3 weeks now don't see my nurse till next week but she said from my description it may be muscle weakness (wont know for sure till I see her) meantime any ideas for help would be grateful

I got very weak muscles at one time following high dose steroids and DMARDs. The physios got me in the pool and gradually built up the muscles and then suggested that I continued with aqua fit classes - which I have done with great success.
