I still feel like there is something missing. My sleeping is getting better, dreams are still mad! Anxiety is starting to settle down now and I have quite afew periods of time where I don't think about smoking. When I do I squash that thought really quickly, not let it build up too much in my head, and give it more power than it needs too.
I think my next big challenge will be the season changing, as the sun comes out and it starts to warm up, I always loved a cig in the garden. But I'm not looking too far ahead. One day at a time.

Hey Hayley, you really are doing fantastic! Yeah, its good to be prepared for these milestone cravings (keep the out of the blue ones in mind too ), but I found they are not as bad. That's it, one day at a time, keep up the great work!
Hi, how is the non-smoking going? It’s been four months for me. I smoked for over 30 years. My anxiety is finally settling down that was the hardest thing for me. When I think about smoking. Which is not that often anymore.. I just say .I have no use for it . What was it accomplishing for me. Good Luck 😁
