Just coming to the end of day 2 had no sleep last night . I'm using a vape to help feel like iys attached to my hand not craving as such but very tense and in a cant be arsed mood. This is my millionth attempt after 35 years of smoking I think what scares me the most is I cave when the withdrawals get to much I did 3 weeks b4 xmas and the caved on the 23rd December

Hi Joanne, well done for getting through day 2! I'm just a head of you on day 4. We can do this 😁

I have in my head now that after years of smoking, I always come down to the same conclusion. I really don't want to smoke and as much as this isn't pleasant at the moment. If I have one I have to start again. I can't just keep going around and a round with it anymore. The only way to stop any craving is to stave it. Have you tried reading Allen Carr Easyway to quit smoking? If you haven't I recommend it as it helps with the mindset.

Your body (and mind) will be starting the big rewire and repair and will be working hard to get rid the effects of smoking so you may experience cold like symptoms. If get overwhelming, a trip to your GP may be worth while just to get checked over.

Yeah, in these times, its impossible alright, maybe speak to your pharmacist with your symptoms and that you have stopped smoking.

Great you got sorted, take it as a good sign that your lungs is working hard to clear out mucus etc.. hope day 3 is going well otherwise?
