Well I am delighted to say it's my 4 year anniversary of kicking the habit today.
I'm so glad I did it. Not only has it saved me cash; dread to think how much to date, but I'm so much fitter (I can run, yes run 5k x 3 times a week now) when before I couldn't run up the stairs without feeling out of puff, I've also regained my taste buds so tomatos and apples are like eating tangtastics now and my skin and teeth are better too.
If you are struggling please just keep going, you can do it.
If you get that urge have a glass of water and tell yourself if you still really need one in half hour then maybe; but you won't when that time has past.
