Yaiii it’s 9 months already ..I think Dreams are the beginning of everything When I was a smoker specially at the end I was always dreaming how fabulous my life was going to be as a smoke free person and now dreams came true!
I want to tell everyone we can all do it ! Have patience the first month and stay strong the second one ..after that is so much easy we are all diferent but basically once you pass certain time it’s like a miracle ! And think about it just as you take care of your looks your hair and nails think how your organs should look inside you . Health is attractive .
Practice strength all day and if you get an urge to smoke , just distract your mind with something else ! You will see It’s totally worth it .
Now I feel much younger my skin and smell it’s just what I always dreamed! I’m a more relaxed person ! After quitting smoking I finally started practicing yoga every day ! I suffer hypothyroid desease so my metabolism suffered after quitting and slowed even more but I surely try my best everyday ! I’m a mother of a 16 years old young man who is really proud me ! And I just keep counting the benefits of quitting every single day !
If we wake up every morning and we are still alive, it really means we still have so much to do in this life !
