Have already tried to stop but wasn’t able to do it! Tried the patches and I got skin irritation from them, now not using anything.
I am smoking probably about 10 a day, what support is available to help me with this?

Hello!
There are various forms of NRT available. So you can use:
Patches (no good, you tried)
Lozenges
Gum
Inhalator (plastic thing you suck on)
Quickmist (heard of lots of people getting addicted to this)
Champix from your GP
E-cigarettes\vaping
Alternatively there is cold turkey.
Ultimately, it's up to you which method suits you. All I can say, is if one doesn't work, try another. Whatever you do you really have to want to quit. There are also stop smoking clinics and so on accessed via your GP.
Don't be put off because the patches didn't work out. I tried loads of different ways and for me, vaping worked. Groups such as this one can also be a massive help and offer support in abundance. Quitting can be difficult at the best of times but not so difficult that it's not achievable. Try another method, find one that suits you and come on here and ask for help as often as you need to. This is a big community and between us, there is nothing we haven't experienced or tried; there is always somebody to help. 😊
Best support is to share on here and talk and reinforce why you are stopping. Good luck
