Congratulations!!!!!! It's hard work I know. I was 2 yrs in June. And I must say I still talk to myself. Oh just one. No one will lead to 2. But not all the time just when I feel stressed out.

I will call myself a non smoker a 2 years. I still have cravings and fond memories. It's easier to get past now, but still there.
