Does anyone here have mental illnesses and is trying to quit smoking every time I quit I do a full relapse of my mental health and not meaning to I need help

Welcome Warriorprincess6688 - great you are trying to stop smoking. Perhaps, it would be best to discuss your stopping options with your doctor and alongside a smoking cessation nurse who would be familiar with your mental health history to get you on the right track....

Hey smoking causes mental illness and quitting excerberates the whole process, quit now ride through the pain. Avoid doctors just quit the fags. They will only try and stick you on more drugs and cause more problems. Just quit smoking exercise eat well and exercise...thank me later
