Well here I go again trying to stop smoking.. I've done 3 days so far, I'm using patches provided by the quit smoking clinic.
I'm going there again tomorrow for more patches. I have nicorette lozenges but they give me a bad stomach so I don't want to use them. I've got a lot of health issues and I think cigarettes are just contributing to them .
I've had a few spells of almost going to the shop for some cigs but I've been strong enough to ignore it. I keep reminding myself of my reasons to quit, which is my health and to save money, then I give myself a good talking to which seems to work.
I hope I can be a non smoker soon and kick this disgusting habit for good.
