Thank you! The start was so hard but I feel so free now. I’m loving not being controlled and not getting uptight and anxious over smoking. It’s the best feeling.

Hey Roisin01. Thank you! Yes 6 months smoke free now and loving it! I have certainly had some curve balls thrown at me in these past 6 months that has given me a lot of opportunities to easily quit on quitting but I stuck to my quit. Proud of it too. Thanks for checking in on me

I know cigarettes cost the earth to buy but you cannot put a price on freedom and that is something I hated so much when I relapsed after 6 months. You are doing so well, just keep going.
