so for the millionth time I have quit smoking !! But for good this time 🙏 I’m on day 2 and have been reading all the post on here, thank you all for sharing your stories, I have just went cold turkey, me and a bottle of water against the cravings, I can and will do this 💪💪💪

Been smoking 20 a day for 30 years, I look forward to feeling fit and healthy again 😄
