Day 2

I managed to have a bacon butty and cuppa smoke free! The commute to work was hard with others smoking in public. It made me a bit angry if I'm honest; ironic I know but I managed. I have had an headache for most of the day and felt drained. On a plus side I am glad I can eat 3square meals without a fag passing my mind. Success. Roll on day 3!!

WOW WOW WOW, starting off your quit in great style. Of course your body and mind are going to take just a little time to adjust,  so symptoms along the way, may indeed happen, but great news, in the fact you've already started healing your body. That in its self is quite amazing.

Very well done. Doing great

Look forward to your up dates

That is brilliant! You are doing really well. I think that the thing I found most difficult in the early stages was the fatigue. Stay strong but try to avoid mentioning bacon butties too often - Nozmo is trying to lose weight!

Did somebody mention bacon?

I will let you off Nicole, saying as you're new...and doing EXTREMELY WELL!

Well done and good luck for day three. If it gets hard, let us know and we'll try to help. If it goes well let us know too. Basically just let us know how it goes (could have saved myself a lot of typing if I just said that in the first place) 😀

That's a massive step as personally the first couple of days were my hardest ( only done a month as yet ) and as you will know cigs are and associated habit with almost everything we do .... when you see this you will be well on your way to finishing day 2 so hope you managed okay xx
