I am suppose to quit today but had half a smoke when I was highly stressed with a deadline. It tasted awful so I put it out. So congrats on the 2 days. Also using champix.
As for your family... well I haven't told mine either. Didn't want to be influenced by their opinions. So just stisk to your agenda. They will find out when the time is right. Good luck.

I had my last ciggie this morning...I threw my remaining ones away 😂
It’s been a silly fortnight... I quit two weeks ago, backslid last weekend and have had just over half a pack since Monday.
Lost my temper with myself this morning and binned them.
My partner quit but uses a vape... I find this just another way of ingesting nicotine?
Have you used vapes?
