Bad sleep last night and yes the vivid dreams but gonna keep at it - headache pretty bad mind

Still smoking but slightly less appealing but still have the craving I guess - early days eh ??

My opinion is the medication is working if you have the dreams and less appeal for the cigs. It’s just a matter of time you will have no desire to smoke
