I made it to 50! I have never made it this far. Had a total meltdown this weekend over a compilation of things yet I was still able to tell myself that a cigarette wouldn't help.
I have ditched Champix completely at this point, so completely chemical free. Well, except for coffee. I can't give up everything

Yep, all is well. 2 months today. I have almost stopped thinking about them entirely. I have definitely shifted into thinking of myself as a non-smoker.
