Hey KatNL - I too began buying flowers every week since I stopped over 3 weeks ago, my favourite are lillies. The smell of them is just devine and would love to bottle it. I noticed too since I stopped smoking they could last up to 3 weeks as reckin it is because of the pure fresh air they are getting 🌾🌾

I also treat myself to a large yankee candle every month - my favourite scent is the vanilla and lime 👃🥰

After quitting I also realized how much money I can save or spend on anything I want .

I do love plants and I also have more money to maintain my small garden looking great .I love flowers too !
