I am trying again (3rd time lucky) on the patch course. Almost three weeks in. I am experiencing terrible fatigue. Around this time of day I seem to just crash and Could sleep anywhere. Although I’m not sleeping very well either and it’s taking me ages to fall asleep. I suppose I’m just wanting to see if others experienced this fatigue? Thanks all x

Hi Matt. I never tried the patch. I used Champix. But I do remember fatigue and needing to sleep a LOT the first few weeks after quitting. That went away and after 2 months I feel normal again. Maybe some others who’ve used the patch will comment. I wish you best of luck and know you can get through to the other side, past withdrawal, past side effects and on to a smoke free normal life.
Hey Matt28 - good to hear from you and Happy New Year!
Sorry to read you have restarted your journey but kudos to you for not giving up - make 2019 your final attempt to remain smoke free for good
As previously advised, learn from the previous attempts, whatever made you relapse, avoid those triggers at all costs. Re-read the pinned posts as knowledge is key to success. Fatigue, sleep disruption, insomnia is the one of the biggest nicotine withdrawals but will settle down and only short term.
Hello there! Really really good. Still off them and not a single one. Also joined slimming world and down a stone and a half!! Doing well! How are you xx
