Well I tried and failed. So I’m trying again. I stopped smoking in 2012 and started again two years ago so I know I can do it. Stress is playing a main factor in my ability to stop. I’ve tried lozenges but don’t like them so I’m going cold turkey this time. So fingers crossed and here goes. Hello day 1.
