It was surprisingly easy i thought it was going to be a lot harder. Only had 3 cigs which is amazing for me!! X

I didnt rate the sick feeling and hot flush when i first took it but, 20 mins later, i was fine! Stuck to fruit tea most of my cravings but i didnt have as many as i thought i would! X

I took my last tablet yesterday. And it feels good to have completed the course. Bit scary to see what it will be like , but exciting too!
