85 days, ready to quit The Quit, SOS

I told myself I'd go without Nic for 3 months. I'm tired of it. Anxiety started again a couple of days ago, which is annoying. I don't feel better. I don't feel like myself. I've gained so much weight. I feel fat, gross, unhealthy and anxious. My reasons for quitting don't make sense anymore. I'm tired of it.

Welcome Rocky2024 well done on making the best decision of your life to stop smoking!

How long have you stopped now? The first 3 months are the toughest mentally but it does get better as your brain works hard to rewire. The anxiety is perfectly normal and the comfort snacking. Water and fresh air are really your best friend regularly in the early days and months and if you can cut down on your caffeine.
