Started .05 Champix this evening from the ones I didn’t take a year ago. I quit a year and a month ago never thought of them! Thought just one would be ok. It was not. Have smoked a month or two now. I can’t say i love tge meds, but am very grateful they were made!!! My dreams were great too except they only lasted 1-2 weeks. Can’t think of a downside to using then again. Been trying cold turkey and am just too atatched I guess. Am writing tips, tips and trying to prepare (if possible). I do remember once i started, hard as it was, it wasn’t near as hard as i dreamed up. Thanks for reading and all prayers good wishes appreciated...still smoking but making my plans now. Day1 on med. last x i quit day 8. 🤔
P.S. titles is because i have really offended myself being addicted again.

Your taking positive steps now and the count down is on not that you need reminding. I recall changing my quit date so many times up to the 12th day so went for day 9 in the end mainly because I had run out and didn’t want to spend another £12 on a packet. Your going to be fine.
Thanks RoisinO1 and 2217 i want to catch up to you so you’re giving me a lot of incentives. Being close to same quit times really helped me. So proud of those one year badges on the folks i quit with at same time.
