Well now that's it's been a year and a bit since quitting smoking, my next challenge is to quit drinking. I don't have a drinking problem (well I don't think I do), but it has become a routine and giving up smoking has spurred me on to give this a try to see what benefits I can get out of it. I will re-assess after a few months and if it has just made me boring I might start again!

Congrats Markjoes being smoke free. Brilliant!!
I’m going to now do dry October and see how I feel by which time I will be 6 months smoke free.
I’m going to assess too in November.
I’d like to ultimately quit but small steps to start with.
Good luck!!

Good to hear from you markjoes and that you are tackling the booze too, they say it does your body wonders to stop and detox from it, might try it for November, although I say that every year!!!
