Hard to believe it has been 8 months already. I feel great but have gained far to much but hopefully that to will leave. Never get the urge at all to smoke which is awsome.

Good to hear from you Meganon and that things are going well for you. Don't worry about any weight gain for the moment, it can be addressed if needs be later on when you strong and settled in your journey.

Me too! 8 months after smoking- put on 6 kilo! not sure it will leave but started at 52 kilo so not a bad idea to put on weight! but still feel like i would love a cigarette sometimes! but am staying strong so far! good luck with the weight issue
