Three weeks on campus now and not smoked for three days now. Feeling very proud of myself today. After smoking for around 23 years think I'm winning now.

Congrats Happy, you should feel proud.

Just don't get complacent, it's an insidious addiction we have.

Welcome Happy75 - congratulations on over 3 days smoke free, well done!

Keep up that positive attitude but the guard up at all times as Mr Nico can strike at any time :)
