I'm struggling today. I had to have an iron infusion and unfortunately had a nasty reaction, so fast forward 2 days later I'm in absolute agony, I cant go to work as I'm in To much pain so now all I want is a cigarette 😖😖😖

Sorry to read Peachy12 , what sort of pain are you experiencing? I know it's easy for me to say but smoking won't ease the pain. Not sure from your post what could ease it for you?
