in my 11 month now , still looking forward not backwards .. Very rarely a day where i think about cigarettes... 👍
And if I can do that , anyone can !!!
Stay focused , be positive , distract yourself from it , forget about it , look forward and before you know it , days are weeks and then months 😎👍

Morning Rig45, I will hit my 2 month mark at the end if this week and to be honest, I can’t believe it 😱
I go on holiday in 3 weeks and I will have to stay tough then, that will be my BIG test

Had our first camping holiday in may since I quit last year
Was easier then I thought it would be
Relaxed / drinking wine etc
I know I cannot start again as don’t want to get ill again as I did last August
I know some do start again
But as said
Scared the life out of me , so I won’t go back
A good incentive for me I guess ...

Yes indeed, the first few weeks are the worst for sure. At 11 months it won't be much longer before you receive your invitation to the penthouse😌
