Another week begins, time just flying by..... been very quiet here lately, hopefully as the saying goes 'no news is good news ' and everyone is doing well

Hey lovely, for me it is no news is good news!! day 6 no smoking for me (apart from a few puffs the other night after few drinks) but im still on track! i have written pretty much an essay describing my experience on the champix tablets. I wanted to share for other to read, as i found that when i first started on them, reading other peoples experiences truly helped.

so in my case, no news was good news
