9 months

So here I am 9 months on drinking my morning coffee & smoking is the FURTHEST thing from my mind. ☕️🤗 (I only realized it was 9 months as Roisin sent me a little well done reminder). Back in the day I would probably be at least on my second cigarette. Being mainly in Italy I’m surrounded by smokers but it doesn’t even bother me now when friends get up from the restaurant & go outside to smoke. Just makes me realize how far into the nicotine trap they are or how the nicotine monster is dicatating their lives (to coin Alan Carr). But each to their own. I was on almost 20 a day for 20 years & here I am 9 months smoke free. If I can do it, then you can. Champix really helped & I only found the first week to 10 days really hard. Best thing I ever did.
