Thought id give you a update still going strong which is alot different from a week and half ago. I was in total bits with my moods. Thought everyone would be better off if I want back to smoking. The looks on their faces when I was on one. I want and got a vape pen and 3mg liquid. And used it 2 days and really made me suffer on my chest. I decided it try 1mg lozenges and they were my lifesaver along with the gym I'm down to 4 lozenges a day with my first being 3 hours after waking. I'm happy again no one is walking on eggshells. I've lost 2.5kg in the week and half I been at gym. It's helped clear my chest and it's great to breath properly again. The gym has helped with my mental health too. I'm feeling great😀 3 weeks ago I was on the verge of strangling someone and seems a lifetime ago.

Well done you. Keep going. I'm also embarking on a new fitness regime so fingers crossed I see some of those weight losses into the bargain too.

You're over the biggest hurdle now, just stay focussed and reap the rewards it brings. 😊

Thanks the gym has helped loads. Helped clear my lungs. Keep my mental health under control. Increased my stamina and loose some much needed weight. Only thing is it does become an obsession I'm spending more time in there then out and feel panicked about when I will fit it in when I have to go back to work after the summer. The indtructor said im a breath of fresh air as he sees a lot of women sign up but not put the effort in. I.e. sit on the bike peddling slowly while engaging in social media. All is good I'm now loving life more than I did before I didn't realise how much I couldn't breath lol

Well keep it up. Sounds all good to me and I can imagine worse addictions than gym. 👍
