Wow it's this last week has been super intense the feeling of smoking talking about it like I'm going to do it apologizing for it because I know I'm going to do it is really making me feel like what is going on here???? I feel great besides the cravings that I'm continuing to have. I've gained weight I don't smell like smoke my kids are so proud of me and my husband which makes me so happy inside to see how happy they are don't get me wrong I feel happy and proud as well I'm just suffering from cravings I feel like I just want to have a cigarette I hope I'm not at my Breaking Point

Hey April, good to hear from you but sorry to read you are still struggling with the cravings from the last time you posted. Is there anything in particular going on in the last few weeks that are more stressful than in previous weeks which could be causing the intense cravings?

Also, are you still using the 0% nicotine ecig?

Thanks for getting back to me I would have got back to you sooner but I was not really up for talking. Yes I am still using my vapor with 0 nicotine and I did have a really hard and stressful day on February 24th which definitely triggered me to feel like I wanted to smoke and carried on afterwards I think I mentioned last time I have a hard time when I'm going through a stressful situation or even when I'm happy and excited my body is so programmed to want to have a cigarette at those times. But I am today still smoke free which I am really happy about and I don't have any interest in smoking today thank God

I promise Lexree , things will improve and cravings will become less severe and frequent as each day passes, you are heading for the 'Icky Threes' of 3 months at the moment so worth having a read of below pinned post, if not already done so to prepare yourself and be reassured that these feelings are normal:

Hi Lexree ..I can imagine how you feel ..I’m 8 months smoke free and I remember sometimes the first couple of months I felt very weak and urges were torture for me ..

Every time You have an urge remember the reason why you quit and if posible use your nic free vape or anything you like ! I used to eat frozen fruit and ice water those helped me to distract my mind .

Also whenever I had doubts about quitting I used to read all about smoking and consequences when I had some urges to smoke ..It was my way to stay strong .

Lesxree you also will notice how those urges are shorter and shorter each time ..

So give time and be patience your body is asking for the opportunity to heal ..🦋
